V-NFT Terms

Source of data

A Vagus NFT (V-NFT) is a data storage package that contains smartwatch data downloaded with a Vagus Health Ltd or Vagus AG (Vagus.co) app such as Breathe Flow, Breathe ECG, Vagus ECG or Vagus Watch.  A new V-NFT data package is created when the user has done 10 days of at least one 'VAGUS® Test' per day.  This data includes the watch electrocardiogram sensor raw voltage data and Vagus.co analytics data such as pulse (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), Breathing Depth (BRE), Respiratory periodicity (RP), Respiratory Sinus Smoothness (RSS), Cardiac Sinus Smoothness (CSS), Minimum heart Rate (HRmin) and optionally other statistical analysis data.  Other data in the V-NFTs are user provided additional information in the Vagus apps, such as VAGUS Bot Q&A text and the users replies and reported information such as age/gender/length/weight.  Other data in V-NFT data set may be optical pulse as calculated by the smartwatch manufacturer, steps and movement as calculated by the smartwatch manufacturer and other health related data as provided by the smartwatch manufacturer health app.  This data is included only if the user has given relevant permission for data access in the app settings. The data package does not include any medical data unless the user has stated about her/his medical condition in the Q&A text.     

V-NFT ownership and data shown if the user wishes to sell her/his V-NFT 

The 'public' picture presentation draft of the V-NFT is shown in the examples on this site.  The information on the 'picture' is the only public information available when a user is selling or trading her/his V-NFT.  In order to ensure interest in the users V-NFT - but at the same time securing anonymizations - the personal data (if available) are stated as; gender, age group as years: <30, 30-50, >50, weight as kg:  <60, 60-90,>90 and length as cm: <160, 160-180, >180.  Location is mentioned as country and nearest major city.  The user data and analysis results are not published on the public blockchain.

The user (V-NFT initial owner) is the only one who can initiate a first public sale of her/his V-NFT.  If a V-NFT is sold, then the new owner receives the potential benefits from owning this V-NFT data set.   One such benefit is that V-NFTs are entitled to web3 based rewards if the V-NFT data is used in analysis sales by Vagus.co (Vagus data exchange is scheduled to be launched in 2023).  Another benefit is that V-NFT owners receive free Vagus Coins when the coins are launched - planned for 2023.  The user can access her/his personal data tests and analysis results also after selling the V-NFT, but she/he can not anymore earn for instance future Vagus Coin benefits from this data package or create a new V-NFTs from the same data.  New V-NFTs can only be created by doing new tests on the Vagus apps.  

V-NFT export to NFT exchanges 

  When the user wish to sell her/his V-NFT, Vagus exports the V-NFT picture presentation to the requested available cloud-based 3rd party blockchaining- and data NFT-creation service.  We plan to have this kind of service for instance on the Binance NFT marketplace when 10000 V-NFTs have been created.  The V-NFT export and blockchain generation can only be done if the user has a registered exchange account on the target exchange.  The user will pay the exchange- and blockchain generation fees direct to these exchanges / NFT market places. The user can do this export in the jurisdictions where the exchanges  (for instance Binance NFT) are registered as a financial provider.  These registration services are not provided by the Vagus apps.  Revenue distribution is defined in the blockchain smart contract.  The user is guaranteed to receive at least 50% of the realized V-NFT sales price.  

V-NFT definitions 

Non-blockchained V-NFTs are data storage package units.  

Blockchained V-NFTs are utility tokens as defined by Swiss law.

General Token type:  Data Utility Token. The utility are rewards from the ownership of the NFTs underlying data.

Anonymization, GDPR and HIPAA

The data content in the VAGUS NFT:s and the process of creating,  storing and transferring data or NFT:S by Vagus Health is in compliance with GDPR, HIPAA and other relevant national data laws and regulations.   The V-NFT data content is always fully anonymized.
